Privacy
This page says what the site collects, why, and who to ask about it. Short version: forms you choose to submit, and cookieless page analytics. No ad tracking, no data sales, no mailing list you did not ask for.
What the forms collect
The contact form collects your name, organization, email, what you are asking about, and your message. The gap audit form collects your name, organization, email, the certification involved, links and notes about your material, roughly how many learners you put through it each year, your target launch date if you give one, and an optional file you attach. The one-pager form collects your email address. The drill result form collects your email address together with the score you just got, because the score is what it sends back to you. Submissions exist so I can reply to you; that is the only use.
Where form data goes
Submissions are stored by Netlify Forms, the hosting platform's form service, and land in my inbox. Confirmation and reply emails are sent through Resend, a transactional email service. Nothing you submit is sold, shared for marketing, or added to a mailing list.
Booking
The booking buttons open Cal.com, a scheduling service. What you enter there (your name, email, and the slot you pick) is handled by Cal.com under its own privacy policy and lands in my calendar.
Analytics
The site uses Plausible, a cookieless analytics service. It counts page views and button clicks in aggregate. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you, and does not follow you to other sites. Drill scores are recorded as anonymous aggregate events, not tied to you, unless you choose to email yourself your result.
Retention and removal
Form submissions are kept while they are useful for correspondence and removed on request. Email nick@mcgregorconsultinggroup.com and I will delete what the site holds about you.
